Executive Director, CANDY BRENNER
Executive Director, Candy Brenner, whose love of people and strong belief in the positive affect that pageants have on today's young women have led her to become involved in many different aspects of the pageant world over the past twenty-five years. She served as a volunteer with the Miss America Organization for ten years and is a certified Miss America Judge. This experience led her to serve as a prelim director for Miss NJ MAO for several years, and the past ten years she has served as state director for the NJ National Teenager Scholarship Pageant. Known for her ability to not only recognize inner beauty and talent in today’s young women, she has the experience, knowledge and insight to help them discover these qualities in themselves.
MICHAEL HARTMAN (Producer/Choreographer)
A Graduate of West Chester University of PA, Mike has traveling the country as a performer at Regional Theatres, Cruise Lines, Theme Parks and Dinner Theatres. His experiences lead him to create the Ocean City Theatre Company (OCTC) where he is the Artistic Director. OCTC is a professional theatre company that produces 4-6 main stage musical productions and numerous education programs throughout the year. Mike is also a Choreographer for Cabrini College’s Theatre Department, Staging Director/Choreographer for Owen J. Roberts High School, Theatre Director at East Bradford Elementary School and was a Choreographer for Roxy Regional Theatre in Tennessee.
In the pageant world Mike has produced/choreographed State Pageant programs for America’s National Teenager in over 20 States, several Miss America prelims, Florida’s Perfect Teen Pageant and serves as the Director/Producer of Miss West Chester University. This year Mike celebrates his second year as National Producer and Choreographer for America’s National Teenager. He owes all this success to his NJ National Teenager Family.
